How we operate.
All events run by ITCE Productions use an application process. We open the application page for up to 3 months. Once we close the application link, we take some time to look over the applications. We chose vendors by committee. Invoices are sent via Square. Emails are sent out to the applicants that didn’t make the cut. Those vendors are then added to the reserve list. If invoices aren’t paid by the due date the tables are forfeited, and we will start contacting the reserve list. Sorry, but we need an application for you to be considered. We try to keep it fair. Trying to slide in at the last minute with no app…not going to happen. Sorry.
