Rules and info for GEEK MEET INDY 2026.

  1. All vendors are responsible for their own collection of state sales taxes. You may contact the Indiana Department of Revenue at (800) 457-8283 or www.in.gov regarding the necessary requirements.

  2. All vendors agree to maintain setup until the end of the show (NO EARLY TEAR DOWN).

  3. No space is guaranteed until payment is received in full.

  4. No refunds will be given within thirty (30) days of the show (scheduled for 5/17/2026).

  5. Each space comes with 2 vendor badges. Extra wristbands for helpers will be $8 each on the morning during set up. (Example: 2 spaces = 4 vendor badges) Please, do not take badges you don’t need and give them away.

  6. Spaces are $50, and come with one 8 foot table and two chairs in an 10 x 10 area. Vendors are free to set up as they wish and bring extra tables as long as they do not exceed the area allotted based on the number of spaces bought. Please do NOT bring in rolling glass display cases due to safety concerns.

  7. This is a family friendly event. No inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct will be tolerated. Additionally, “adult” materials are expressly forbidden on the show floor. Violators will be removed from the show with no refunds issued.

  8. No smoking, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are allowed in the building at any time

  9. 3D printed materials are allowed to be sold as long as the vendor has the commercial license to the pieces being sold or they designed/sculpted and printed them themselves.

  10. AI generated images are not allowed to be sold at ITCE Productions run events.

  11. Artwork being sold should be by the artist that created it. That artist needs to be on site. Going to FedEx Office and printing a bunch of low res comic book covers you Googled…find another show. Not here.

  12. Applications will be accepted through January 2nd, 2026. Accepted vendors will be sent invoices through Square on January 3rd and 4th, 2026. All other applicants will be placed on the waiting list and contacted if spaces become available. Once an invoice is sent, you will have until March 7th, 2026, to remit payment or risk losing your space.

  13. ITCE Productions, Indiana Toy & Comic Expo and Geek Meet Indy and its employees and affiliates or sponsors are NOT responsible for any injuries that may occur during the show. All vendors are responsible for their own merchandise. If your product is broken or stolen during the show it is NOT our responsibility. Any damage to the building by the vendor is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Vendors release the show promoter from any and all liability resulting from the above.

  14. Vendors are responsible for unloading and loading of all their equipment and supplies. ITCE Productions will have staff on hand to help direct flow and streamline the set up and tear down process. Vendors should plan to supply their own labor and carts for set up and tear down.

  15. Vendors are not permitted to play music during the show, or have animals in the building at any time

  16. By submitting an application, you agree to the terms above.
